No. Township is an online game from Playrix, and it needs an internet connection to play and to sync your progress. Your farm, coins, and T-cash are tied to the server, not stored only on your phone.
Do unlimited money or cash mods actually work?
Not reliably. Because currency is checked on the server, a mod balance is usually rolled back at the next sync or flagged by the anti-cheat. The safe way to build T-cash is through events, Regatta, and expeditions inside the game.
Can I get banned for using a Township mod?
Yes, it is possible. Cheating online currency can lead to a suspended or reset account. Builds labelled "anti-ban" cannot promise otherwise, since they do not control Playrix's server checks. Using a mod is at your own risk.
