What is BlockLauncher Pro?
It's a custom launcher for Minecraft: Pocket Edition made by Zhuowei Zhang. It loads texture packs, add-ons and ModPE scripts into MCPE without you editing game files by hand. The Pro build adds more control over how mods load than the free version.
Does it still work with the latest Minecraft?
No. BlockLauncher Pro only works with older Minecraft PE versions, roughly the 0.15 to 0.16 era. It is not compatible with the modern Bedrock 1.x engine, and the project has been abandoned for years, so nothing newer is supported.
Do I need Minecraft PE installed?
Yes, a full paid copy. The launcher only wraps a game that's already on your device, it doesn't include Minecraft itself. Demo or trial builds are not supported.
Who made BlockLauncher Pro?
It was developed by Zhuowei Zhang. The tool started out under the name MCPELauncher before it was renamed to BlockLauncher.
