Do I need a BIOS file to play?
Yes. Every PS1 emulator needs a PlayStation BIOS image, and FPse is no different. Get it legally by dumping it from a console you own; this page does not provide one.
Which disc image formats does FPse support?
It reads .img, .iso, .bin, .cue, .nrg, .mdf, .pbp and .Z, and it can open them from ZIP, RAR, 7Z and ECM archives. Newer builds also handle the CHD format, which keeps large games smaller.
