This is the free version of Cut the Rope by ZeptoLab (package com.zeptolab.ctr.ads), the same ad-supported game you find on Google Play. The separate paid GOLD release is a different package (com.zeptolab.ctr.paid) and is not what you download here. The «HD» in the page address is a legacy name.
