What is FanCode?

FanCode is a live sports platform built by Sporta Technologies Private Limited, part of Dream Sports (the same group behind Dream11). It is one of India's biggest homes for live sport, and it crosses more than 20 tours a season. You get cricket, football, Formula 1, MotoGP, NBA and plenty more under one roof, with over 100 live matches in a typical month.

Beyond the live streams, the app is packed with the stuff fans check every day. Live scores update ball by ball, there is running commentary, quick highlights after big moments, news, standings and deep stats. Even if you never pay for a stream, the app is still useful as a scores-and-news hub.

Free vs subscription

Here is the honest split. Some of FanCode is free, some is behind a pass. This table lays it out.

So the app itself is a free download. The live video of premium events needs a legal subscription, a tour pass, or a match pass, depending on what you want to watch. That part runs on FanCode's servers and cannot be turned on by any modified file, which is why we do not pretend otherwise.

Where FanCode works

FanCode streaming is built mainly for India, and rights deals mean some content is geo-restricted. If you are outside the country, certain matches may not play for you, and that is down to the licensing, not the app. When it does work, you can watch on the devices you already own: phone, tablet, laptop or a Smart TV, with one account covering up to two screens at a time.
