These terms of use (the “terms of use”) establish the legal obligations of the parties concerning the use of our services and APK-Store.org (the “site”). Please read them carefully before using this website.

All apps & games are the property and trademark of their respective developers or publishers and for HOME or PERSONAL use ONLY. Be aware that APK-Store.org ONLY SHARES THE ORIGINAL APK FILE FOR FREE APPS. ALL APK FILES ARE THE SAME AS IN GOOGLE PLAY WITHOUT ANY CHEAT, UNLIMITED GOLD PATCH OR ANY OTHER MODIFICATIONS.

The Agreement These terms of use are a legal agreement between you (referred to hereinafter as “you”, “your,” or “user”) and APK-Store, Inc., including its parent company and all of its subsidiaries and affiliated entities (referred to hereinafter as “APK-Store.org”, “we,” “us”, or “our”). These terms of use set forth the Terms and Conditions under which you may use our site and any services (i.e., search) that may be offered on our site now or in the future (the “services”). Governing Law and Jurisdiction These terms of use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the country in which APK-Store.org is registered, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. You agree that any action at law or in equity arising out of or relating to these terms of use shall be filed only in the courts located in the country in which APK-Store.org is registered, and you hereby consent and submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purposes of litigating any such action.

If any provision of these terms of use is deemed unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from these terms of use and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
