These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) set out the legal agreement between you (“you”, “your”, “user”) and APK Store (“apk-store.org”, “we”, “us”, “our”) regarding your access to and use of this website and any services, content, downloads and features offered on it now or in the future. Please read them carefully before using the site. By accessing or using APK Store in any way, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated here by reference. You must be at least the age of majority in your country, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, to use this site. By using APK Store you represent that you meet this requirement and that you will use the site in accordance with these Terms and all applicable laws.

Not affiliated with Google

APK Store is not associated, affiliated, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with Google, Google Play or Android. “Android” and “Google Play” are trademarks of Google LLC. All apps, games, names, logos and trademarks shown on the site are the property and trademarks of their respective developers or publishers and are referred to here only for identification and descriptive purposes. They are intended for home or personal use only.

About the service

APK Store is a free catalog of Android apps, games and MOD APKs that provides descriptions, reviews, install guides, version information and download links. We do not host pirated content — links point to original sources or trusted third-party mirrors. For free apps, we share the original, unmodified APK, identical to the one distributed on Google Play. MOD versions are clearly labelled as modified, with a description of what has been changed, and are provided strictly for testing and educational purposes. We may add, change, suspend or remove any part of the service, including any app page or download, at any time and without notice.

Acceptable use

You agree to use the site lawfully, respectfully and only for its intended purpose. You must not:

• misuse, overload, attack, scrape, frame, mirror or attempt to disrupt the site, its servers, its network or its security measures;
• use automated tools, bots or scripts to access, copy or harvest content in a way that harms the site’s operation or burdens our infrastructure;
• use the content for any unlawful, fraudulent or harmful purpose, or to infringe the intellectual property or other rights of any third party;
• upload or transmit viruses, malware or any other malicious code through any interactive feature of the site;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site, user accounts, or connected systems or networks;
• impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity, in any submission you make to us.

Intellectual property

All trademarks, app names, logos, registered marks and brand features shown on the site are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification only. App and game files are the property of their developers and publishers. The original material we create — our descriptions, reviews, guides, page layout, design, graphics and the compilation of the catalog — is owned by APK Store and protected by copyright and other laws. You may view and share links to our pages, but you may not copy, reproduce, republish, scrape or redistribute our original content for commercial purposes without our prior written permission. If you are a rights holder and want content removed, please follow the procedure on our DMCA page.

Downloads and your responsibility

Our editors test files before publishing, but you download and install software entirely at your own risk and discretion. We strongly recommend that you keep Google Play Protect turned on, review the permissions an app requests before installing it, maintain a reliable antivirus solution, and only enable installation from “unknown sources” for files you trust. You are solely responsible for ensuring that downloading, installing and using any app complies with the laws of your country and with the terms of the app’s original developer. If you are unsure whether you are permitted to use a particular app or MOD where you live, do not download it.

Third-party links and content

The site contains links to third-party websites, download sources and services that we do not own or control. We provide these links for convenience only; their inclusion does not imply endorsement, and we are not responsible for the content, accuracy, policies, security or availability of any third-party site. Accessing third-party sites is at your own risk and subject to their own terms and policies.

User submissions

If you submit comments, reports, requests or other content to us, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use, store and display that content for the purpose of operating and improving the service. You are responsible for the content you submit and confirm that it does not violate any law or the rights of any third party. We may remove any user submission at our discretion.

No warranty

The site and all content, files and services are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied or statutory, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, accurate or error-free; that any file will be free of viruses or harmful components; or that any app will be compatible with, or function correctly on, your particular device.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, APK Store, its team and its partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages — including loss of data, loss of profits, device damage or business interruption — arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the site, any content, or any file downloaded from or through it, whether based on warranty, contract, tort or any other legal theory, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless APK Store and its team from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the site, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any law or third-party right.

Governing law and severability

These Terms are governed by applicable law without regard to conflict-of-law principles. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
