• Craft in order: a hatchet and pickaxe first, then walls, then a chest and a bed. Tools and a safe base beat rushing weapons you cannot defend.
• Wall off before you sleep. Zombies and players hit bases, so a single layer of wall is not enough. Double up the sides facing open ground.
• Scout the global map before a raid. Weaker resource points refill your stock with less risk than a floor full of zombies.
• Manage hunger and thirst on trips. Carry food and water before you leave the base, since a long map run can drain both.
• Keep a backup weapon. Guns are strong but eat ammo fast, so pack a spear or bat for when the bullets run out.
