NBA 2K19 APK is the last big portable NBA 2K on Android, the 2018/19 port with a full story-driven MyCareer, real season rosters and controller support. It launched as a paid app (around $7.99), then 2K pulled it from Google Play, so the only way to run it now is as an APK plus its OBB data file. Both are on this page.

What is NBA 2K19 on Android?

NBA 2K19 is the phone port of 2K's 2018 basketball sim, and it runs the modes that matter on a handset:

• MyCareer. The standout mode here, with a scripted story called The Way Back: your player goes undrafted, plays his way up through China and the G League, and fights back to the NBA. Cutscenes, a coach, real stakes.
• The Association. The GM season mode: run a franchise, handle the roster, play out a full year.
• Quick Game. Pick two teams and tip off a single match, no setup.

It carries the real 2018/19-season rosters and supports both Bluetooth and USB controllers, so you can pair a gamepad instead of tapping glass. This is offline basketball with a proper campaign. That is what you are downloading, and it is what sets 2K19 apart from the lighter older ports.

What the MOD gives you

The MOD Money version hands you a large in-game currency balance, so you can upgrade your MyCareer player and buy what you need without grinding. It works for a plain reason: NBA 2K19 on Android is an offline game, and the currency is stored on your own device. There is no server checking the count, unlike the VC on the console versions.

Keep expectations straight: this MOD changes the local money, nothing more. It adds no online mode to unlock, because the mobile game's online side is gone (more on that below), and it does not add console-only extras. If you want normal progression, the clean run still works, the MOD just skips the grind toward that story.

Why NBA 2K19 is not on Google Play

2K has been retiring its older paid mobile 2K games, and NBA 2K19 went with them. We checked the package on 2026-07-02: the store page for com.t2ksports.nba2k19and returns a 404. The old Google Play button just ran a search and found nothing, which is why this page shows a Not on Google Play badge instead of a store link.

Version 52.0.1 is the final build (March 2019). No newer one is coming, so this file stays a stable, permanent copy rather than something that ages out. The game's online servers were switched off long ago; what remains are the offline modes, and for a single-player MyCareer campaign that is the whole game intact.

How to install APK + OBB (step by step)

NBA 2K19 comes in two parts, both from this page: the 31 MB APK and the 2.6 GB OBB. Free up at least 3 GB of storage before you begin, since the game needs room to unpack.

1. Download the MOD APK and the OBB file from the buttons on this page. Both come down directly, no registration or SMS.
2. Allow installation from unknown sources for your browser or file manager (Settings → Security).
3. Install the APK, but do not open the game yet.
4. Put the OBB into Android/obb/com.t2ksports.nba2k19and/, create the folder yourself if it is not there. The OBB is the whole 2.6 GB, so let the copy finish.
5. Launch the game now. It reads the OBB on first start and loads straight in.

Offline play: what works in 2026

NBA 2K19 on Android is a single-player game now, and everything single-player still runs. The Way Back MyCareer story, The Association season and Quick Game all play fully offline. No Wi-Fi, no sign-in, no timer.

What does not work is anything online: the multiplayer and live-service pieces are dead, because 2K shut the servers off. That is not a fault in the file you download. It is the status of the game itself. If you came for the story campaign and offline matches, nothing is missing.
