Off The Road MOD APK gives you unlimited money, VIP unlocked and a garage of cars already bought, so you can drive straight into the open world instead of grinding for cash. On Google Play the game is now called OTR, Offroad Car Driving Game, but it is the same Off The Road from DogByte Games: same map, same physics, just a newer name.

On this page you can download the latest working version of the MOD, scanned for malware and installed on a real Android device by our editors before publishing. We have done this since 2018.

What is Off The Road (OTR)?

Off The Road is an open-world offroad driving game: one big island you cross with SUVs, trucks, boats, helicopters and planes, with a train running through the map as part of the world. There is a full day-night cycle and changing weather, and the ground reacts to it. Mud, water and body deformation all behave differently once it rains, so the same trail feels new after a storm. The physics is the point here, not lap times.

You pick a role and play it your way. Hunter, Pioneer and Carrier modes each give the map a different job: track animals, explore untouched terrain or haul cargo across it. You can also build. Houses, bridges and roads are yours to place, and they reshape how you get from one side of the island to the other. It is a sandbox first, a racing game second, and there is no single correct route through it.

What the MOD gives you

The exact package for the current build is listed in the «MOD info» line at the top of this page. Here is what it changes in the game:

Two honest notes so you know the limits. On some devices the unlimited money does not kick in right away. If that happens, reinstall the APK and launch the game once offline before going further, and it usually starts counting. Tuning parts on cars that were already unlocked by the MOD may also fail to apply, so a bought car might not take every upgrade. This matches what the file gives; it is not a mod menu and adds nothing beyond the three items above.

How to download and install

The file is large, roughly 540 MB, so make sure you have the space free before you start. Everything downloads from this page, no registration or SMS.

1. Tap the green Download APK button at the top of this page, the file comes down directly.
2. Allow installation from unknown sources for your browser or file manager (Settings → Security).
3. If the Google Play version is installed, remove it first, since the MOD has a different signature and won't install over it.
4. Open the downloaded file, tap Install, and launch the game. Your money and VIP are already active.

Tips for beginners

• Start near the town roads before heading into deep terrain. They teach you how the truck handles without needing a rescue.
• Carrier missions and cargo runs pay the most, so lean on them early even with money maxed, because they also open more of the map.
• Watch water crossings: go in slow and shallow, because a flooded engine ends the drive and you have to get towed out.
• Keep a winch and a trailer on your main vehicle. The winch pulls you off ledges, and the trailer carries a second car so you don't backtrack across the island.

MOD or original?

Off The Road has online events and multiplayer, and those parts are risky with a modded file, because a changed save can get you kicked from online play. If you want the online side, keep the original from Google Play (link in the info table above). If you'd rather roam the island solo with money and VIP already sorted, the MOD is for you.
