Is Terraria free on Android?

No. Terraria is officially a paid app on Google Play (package com.and.games505.TerrariaPaid). The MOD APK here gives you that full version together with the cheat options below. Offline play and multiplayer

Your single-player campaign runs fully offline, the mod effects stay active, and there is no ban risk because Terraria has no server-side currency to protect. Multiplayer is where you should be careful: in a local or online world, a god-mode player breaks the balance for everyone else, so a boss fight that should be tense becomes trivial. Use the cheats in your own world, and play fair when friends join.
