What is ARK: Survival Evolved (mobile)?

ARK: Survival Evolved is a survival sandbox from Studio Wildcard. You wake up on an island with nothing, gather resources, build a base, and stay alive against hunger, thirst, weather and the day-night cycle. The hook is the dinosaurs: you can tame more than 80 of them and use them as mounts, gatherers or fighters. It is a mobile port of the large console game, so there is real depth here, from crafting trees to tribes. You can play solo or team up with others on servers.

Status: original vs Ultimate Mobile Edition

Here is the honest part. The original free-to-play mobile ARK has been shut down, and Studio Wildcard replaced it with a paid remaster called ARK: Ultimate Mobile Edition. That is a separate product with its own price and version. This page is about the original mobile ARK, version 2.0.29, which many players still install and run offline. If you want the current, supported build with new graphics, look for Ultimate Mobile Edition instead.

What the MOD gives (Amber / Primal Pass / Free Craft / God Mode)

All of this is meant for offline single-player. On official online servers these advantages do not work and will get you banned, since the server runs the rules, not your device. Offline single-player vs online servers

Offline, god mode, free craft and amber all work. You play in your own world, tame at your own pace, and build without the usual grind. Online is different. Tribes, PvP and official servers run server-side, so modded advantages are not applied, and using them leads to a ban. If you plan to play on servers, use the clean version and play fair.

How to download and install ARK: Survival Evolved MOD APK

1. Tap the green Download button at the top of this page. This is a large package, about 2.3 GB as an APK plus an OBB data file, so connect to Wi-Fi and check you have room.
2. Allow installation from unknown sources for your browser in Android settings. The game needs Android 7.0 or newer.

Tips for taming, building and surviving

• Tame dinosaurs for a job: a Parasaur for early scouting, a Trike or Ankylo for gathering, a Raptor or Rex for fights.
• Build your base near water and stone, with walls and a gate to keep wild dinos out.
• Watch hunger, thirst and temperature. Cook meat and carry water from the start.
• With the mod, spend amber freely on boosts, but still keep a stock of basic supplies.
