What is The Vikings?

The Vikings is a minimalist physics game from the studio BYV. You control a single viking who throws axes at a row of enemies: spearmen, archers, armored knights and mages. The idea is simple. Pull back, judge the arc, release, and the axe flies in a curve until it knocks the enemy down.

You earn coins by clearing stages, and in the plain game that grind is slow: heavier axes and full armor cost a lot, so most players spend hours before the shop opens up. Between fights you take those coins to the shop and pick new axes, shields and helmets.

There are dozens of locations to work through, the controls are one thumb, and the ragdoll physics make every hit land a little differently. It is a pick-up-and-play game, not a deep strategy title.

What the MOD gives you

The core of this MOD is unlimited coins. Coins in The Vikings are a local, offline currency: they only buy gear inside the game, so changing the number is safe and there is nothing on a server to flag.

PvP mode and fair play

The Vikings has a PvP mode that works like a turret duel: you and an opponent take turns throwing an axe at each other until one falls. It is a one-on-one contest, not an online world and not a live strategy map.

This matters for the MOD. The coins only pay for your own gear and cosmetics, and there is no shared server economy behind the duel, so unlimited coins do not buy you a win over another player. The duel is decided by aim, not by how much you spend.

How to download The Vikings MOD APK

• Aim in an arc, not a straight line. The axe drops as it flies, so throw a little above the target.
• Put your early coins into a stronger axe. More damage means fewer throws to bring an enemy down.
• Buy a shield and helmet before the harder stages, where archers and mages start hitting back.
• Watch the ragdoll after each hit. A clean knock-down often clears the enemy faster than a glancing one.

MOD or original?

The original The Vikings is free on Google Play, so if you want to support BYV and earn your gear the normal way, that route works. If you would rather skip the coin grind and open the shop from the start, the MOD is for you. Either way the game plays the same offline.
