Angry Birds Transformers MOD APK is the final build of Rovio's 3D on-rails shooter, with unlimited coins and gems and every character and upgrade open from the start. You play as bird-shaped Autobots and pig Decepticons that run, shoot and transform into cars and tanks across the Angry Birds and Transformers crossover. One thing to know up front: Rovio removed this game from Google Play around 2019 to 2020, so version 2.40.0 is the last one there will be, and an APK plus its data file is now the only way to install it.

The game ships as an APK and a separate OBB data file, and you need both. The single-player campaign plays offline. The old online events and co-op link stopped working once the servers went down after the game was delisted, so we do not promise those.

What is Angry Birds Transformers?

Angry Birds Transformers is a crossover from Rovio and Hasbro built as a 3D on-rails runner. Your character auto-runs to the right while you tap to aim and fire at the robots and pigs in the way, then transform from a robot into a vehicle for a burst of speed and firepower. The roster is large: Red as Optimus Prime, Chuck as Bumblebee and dozens more, each with its own weapon and a special ability. Between runs you spend coins and gems on weapon and armour upgrades and on new characters. The retro Transformers G1 voices and sound effects run through the whole game.

Some builds also add a mod menu. Everything here works in the offline single-player campaign, which is the part of the game that still runs.

Delisted: where to get it and what works

Rovio retired part of its older catalogue, including this licensed crossover, around 2019 to 2020. The game is no longer on Google Play, support has ended, and 2.40.0 is the final version, with no newer build coming. Because of that, an APK plus OBB is the only way to install it now. The campaign runs offline and is fully playable. The features that needed Rovio's servers, timed online events and the co-op link, no longer connect, so treat this as a single-player game.

How to download and install (APK + OBB)

An OBB is an "opaque binary blob", a data file that holds the game's extra content such as models, textures and audio, kept separate from the APK. This game needs both files.

1. Tap the green Download button at the top of this page to get the APK and the data file — direct download, no registration.
2. Allow installation from unknown sources for your browser in Android settings (Settings → Security).
3. Install the APK (about 66 MB), then place the data file in the Android/obb/com.rovio.angrybirdstransformers/ folder so the game can find it (the data is roughly 380 to 500 MB).
4. Launch the game. Your coins and gems are already maxed.

Tips for players

• Put coins into weapon upgrades first; a stronger main gun clears each run faster than extra armour.
• Swap characters to fit the run: some fire splash shots for crowds, others hit single targets harder.
• Time the transformation for dense groups of enemies, when the vehicle's firepower does the most work.
• With the MOD, open the whole roster at once and test who fits your style instead of saving for weeks.

MOD notes
