The neural and AI effects are different. Portrait styles, background replacement and the heavier art transforms are computed in the cloud, which means they need an internet connection, and some of them can stay tied to a VicMan account or a server check.

So a Full APK reliably strips the watermark and the ads and opens the Pro categories on the client side. What it cannot do is move the server processing onto your phone.
