What is Back Wars?

Back Wars is part global-strategy game, part chaotic brawler. On the world map you fight through a Campaign, capturing territories one sector at a time, legionaries against tanks, catapults against special forces, every era of warfare stacked into the same fight. It is a strange mix, and that is the point.

Under the map sits MDickie's usual engine: dozens of characters on screen at once, rotating in and out of a roster that can run to hundreds of fighters. There is a full character editor, so you can rebuild the look of anyone in the war. Physics do most of the work, and the result is loose, funny and unpredictable, closer to a sandbox than a polished RTS.

What the MOD unlocks

In MDickie games the paid upgrade is a single premium unlock, not a coin shop. The MOD opens that upgrade for free. Here is what it actually gives you:

One honest note: this is an offline game with no server currency, so the MOD works entirely on your device. It unlocks the premium upgrade and nothing else. There is no "unlimited money", because the game has no such system to change. If you see that promised elsewhere, it is not real.

How to download and install Back Wars MOD APK

Everything comes from this page. There are two files in the info table: the original from Google Play and the MOD with the premium upgrade unlocked. Pick the one you want and the install takes about a minute.

Controls and first steps

Back Wars looks confusing for the first minute, then clicks. You get two control schemes: Dual Wield, which maps actions to both sides of the screen for direct fighting, and Classic, the simpler single-stick layout. Try both in the pause menu and keep whichever feels right on your phone.

The part nobody explains well is switching fighters. Tap the health bar of an ally to jump into that character and control them directly. For the bigger picture, use the Commander mode: the arrows at the bottom of the screen order your whole side to advance or hold instead of steering one body. Pause often in early battles and open the in-game Controls reference. It lists every gesture, and reading it once saves a lot of flailing.

Tips for world domination

• Fortify before you invade. Holding a sector you already own is cheaper than pushing into two at once. Secure your border, then expand.
• Move units between sectors. Shift your stronger fighters toward the front line where the next attack is coming, and leave lighter defense behind you.
• Pick an easy side to learn. As a new player, start with a faction that borders fewer enemies so you get a few clean wins before the map turns against you.
• Let the chaos work for you. The physics engine means a well-placed shove or a stray tank can swing a fight, you don't need to win every duel cleanly.

MOD or original?

The original is alive on Google Play, and the developer is a one-man studio. If you want to support MDickie directly, buy the premium upgrade in the official app (the Google Play button is in the info table above). If you'd rather have the upgrade open from the first launch and play the whole thing offline, the MOD on this page is for you. There is no online mode and nothing to ban.
