Builder for Minecraft PE drops ready-made structures straight onto your Minecraft Pocket Edition maps. Pick a house, a castle or a full skywars arena, set the coordinates, and it builds block by block while you watch. This is a companion app, not a mod and not the game itself, so you still need Minecraft PE on your phone. We ran the current build, version 16.4.0, on a real Android device before publishing.

To be clear about the file: the download here is the original free version from Google Play, scanned for malware and installed on a real Android device by our editors before publishing, something we have done since 2018. It is not a hacked build.

What is Builder for Minecraft PE?

Builder for Minecraft PE is a free tool made by Lyxoto Studios that hands you a library of over 550 ready-to-place builds. You get modern houses, medieval homes, castles, cars and other vehicles, ships, skywars maps and redstone traps, sorted into 8 categories so you are not scrolling forever. Instead of laying every block by hand, you choose an object and the app writes it into your world.

Placement runs on coordinates. You pick where the structure should sit using X, Y and Z values, and the app puts the whole thing there. You can scale an object up or down and rotate it before it goes in. Once a build is saved to your phone, it works offline.

How it works

The flow is short. There is a small setup the first time, then it becomes routine.

1. Point the app at your Minecraft PE worlds folder so it can read your maps.
2. Browse the categories and choose the structure you want to add.
3. Set the X, Y and Z coordinates for where it should appear.
4. Tap to build. The app writes the structure into your world.

Before it changes anything, the app makes a backup of your map. If a placement lands in the wrong spot, you can roll the world back to how it was.

What you get (Free version)

Everything above is free. This is the original release, not a "mod" or a paid unlock, so there is no premium tier hiding behind the catalog. The app may show ads or offer in-app purchases, which is normal for a free tool.

Requirements and compatibility

You need Minecraft: Pocket Edition already installed, because this app builds onto your existing worlds, it doesn't run a game of its own. It works on Android 7.0 and up, and the download is about 36 MB. Builder for Minecraft PE is made by Lyxoto Studios and is not affiliated with Mojang or Microsoft. It isn't an official Minecraft product, just a third-party helper for your local maps.

How to download and install

The file is a standard APK. Grab it from this page and install it like any sideloaded app.

2. Allow installation from unknown sources for your browser or file manager (Settings → Security).
3. Open the file, tap Install, then launch it and let it find your Minecraft PE maps.

Tips

• Let the app back up your map before any big placement, and keep that backup until you're happy with the result.
• Drop large builds on flat, open ground so they don't clip into hills or existing structures.
• Double-check your X, Y and Z values, a small mistake can bury a house underground.
• Try a few different categories. The redstone traps and skywars maps are easy to overlook but fun to test.
