Winning cards, coins and gear is the loop that keeps you playing. It is a fighter on the surface and a collection RPG underneath. The deeper you get, the more it is about which three cards you bring, not just how fast your thumbs are.

MOD version: status

Here is the honest part, and it matters. The file on this page today is the original Google Play build (v3.5.1). A MOD with unlimited coins is not attached yet, so we are not going to call the download button a mod or promise features it does not have.

What a coins MOD would change, for the record: it removes the coin grind so you can promote and upgrade cards without farming battles. What it cannot do is unlock every character on its own or touch anything server-side, so ignore any page promising "all heroes unlocked" or "anti-ban" for this game. How to download and install

The game's old online features are a different story. Injustice is the final v3.5.1 release and NetherRealm stopped updating it years ago, so some of the original connected modes may not behave as they once did. We would rather not guess at exactly which servers are up, so treat the offline campaign and Survivor as the reliable core here. That is what our editors tested and what runs cleanly.

Tips for building your roster

• Pick three cards that cover each other. A tag team of one high-damage attacker, one tank and one card with a strong special beats three glass cannons. You swap mid-fight, so cover the gaps.
• Duplicate the cards you like. Fusing a second copy of a card promotes it, higher stars, higher stats. Chasing one strong card up the ranks beats spreading coins thin across many.
• Spend coins on promotion, not hoarding. Coins only help when they turn into card levels and gear. A maxed common card often out-fights a raw rare one.
• Watch character energy. Each card has stamina that drains as you fight with it. Rotate your bench so you always have rested cards for the harder campaign nodes.
• Learn the tap-and-hold specials. Timing a special meter and blocking on swipe wins fights that button-mashing loses. This is a NetherRealm fighter under the cards.
