The app records and processes Basic Minimum Needs data (จปฐ) for the B.E. 2566 (2023) cycle, then syncs it with the central server at ebmn.cdd.go.th. Who is it for?

This one is not built for everyone. SMART BMN Plus is made for CDD field officers, village-level data collectors and volunteers, and local community development staff across Thailand. If you gather household survey answers for the จปฐ programme, this is your tool. If you just want a general note-taking or productivity app, it is not that, and it will ask for a CDD login you probably do not have.

Is it free? Official or MOD?

Download and install

Notes and privacy

SMART BMN Plus collects location and household information for official government record-keeping, which is the whole point of a จปฐ survey. Because of that, it needs a valid CDD login and the right permissions before it will accept or upload data. If you are not a CDD collector, there is not much the app can do for you, and that is by design.
