To keep expectations straight: this MOD changes coins and gems, and that is what unlocks the outfits and upgrades. It does not add characters the game never had. Why it's not on Google Play

Temple Run: Oz was a licensed Disney title, and Disney later pulled it from the stores, the game was delisted years ago and is no longer sold or updated. That is why searching Google Play turns up nothing: the runner is simply not there anymore, on any account.
