What is Cooking Fever?

Cooking Fever is a fast-paced restaurant sim: customers walk in, you cook, plate and serve against the clock, then spend what you earn on faster stoves, better ingredients and new interiors. There are more than 35 restaurants, burgers, sushi, pizza, a bakery, a Chinese kitchen and more, and over 1000 levels to work through, each one busier than the last.

Two currencies run the game. Coins buy kitchen upgrades and cover the day-to-day. Gems are the premium currency: they unlock whole restaurants, rare ingredients and the in-game casino. In the original game gems trickle in slowly, which is exactly where the MOD earns its keep.

How to keep your coins and gems

This is the part most download sites skip. Cooking Fever plays fully offline, and the modded currency lives on your phone. When the game connects to Nordcurrent's server, it checks your currency against its own record, and modded coins and gems can be rolled back. Players have reported exactly this after going online.

So a few simple rules to hold onto what the MOD gives you:

• Play offline. Turn off Wi-Fi and mobile data before you launch, and the server has nothing to sync against.
• Don't log in. Skip the Facebook login and cloud save. Those are what push your state to the server.
• Know the trade-off. Daily gem bonuses and the casino need an internet connection, so going fully offline means you rely on the modded stash instead.

This is about setting expectations, not talking you out of the MOD. Offline, the currency is yours to spend. Online, the game may correct it. That is the game's own design, not a fault in the file.

• Check the daily tasks. They pay out extra coins and gems for things you are already doing during a normal shift.

The two paths are simple. The original game is a slow gem farm, a couple of gems from the daily login, a few more from finishing restaurant levels, and long stretches of grinding before you can open the next kitchen.
