Gameloft pulled Ice Age Adventures from Google Play on January 13, 2026, so you can no longer install it the usual way. The store page is dead, and there is no newer build coming. That is why the Ice Age Adventures MOD APK on this page matters: it is now one of the only ways to get the game onto your Android phone at all.

What is Ice Age Adventures?

Ice Age Adventures is set in the world of the movie Ice Age: Continental Drift. Scrat, the squirrel who never lets go of his acorn, cracks the continent apart, and the animals end up scattered across dozens of small islands. Your job is to bring them home.

The core of the game is match-3 puzzles. You clear boards to rescue trapped animals, one habitat at a time. Between rescues you build up a village on a drifting iceberg, adding homes and decorations for the herd. Familiar faces from the films are here too: Sid, Manny and Diego. So it is a match-3 adventure with light building on top, not a plain city-builder.

What the MOD gives you

Acorns are the game's premium currency. This MOD does not hand you an "unlimited acorns" counter, instead you top them up through Free Shopping, which is honest about how it actually works. If you'd rather keep everything vanilla, the original 2.1.8a on this page is the clean, final build with no changes. The MOD is version 2.1.0b, so it sits a little behind the original, that is the trade for Free Shopping.

How to download and install

1. Tap the green Download APK button at the top of this page, the file downloads directly, no registration or SMS.
2. Allow installation from unknown sources for your browser in Android settings (Settings → Security).
3. For the MOD: if the original Ice Age Adventures is already installed, remove it first. The MOD has a different signature, so it won't install over the original.
4. Open the downloaded file, tap Install, and launch the game.

Does it still work in 2026?

Yes, for the main game. The single-player campaign and the match-3 puzzles run offline, so you can play on a plane or without Wi-Fi. Because the title is delisted, some online extras, timed events, leaderboards and anything that needs Gameloft's servers, may not respond anymore. We can't promise those stay up, so treat this as an offline campaign game and you won't be disappointed.
